Configure Portal To Do What You Need

The interaction an organization has with its clients is the essential lifeblood of any successful business.  Giving you the flexibility to interact with your clients the way you need to is precisely why we’ve added so many new preference settings to the client portal.

For example, if you want to use Portal to communicate with clients, but not permit them to schedule online, you just un-check the box to allow online scheduling.

Similarly, if you want to permit new clients to complete online paperwork and schedule an appointment with you, just check the box to allow anonymous sign up.  Also, you can also create the forms that they must complete before they can schedule an appointment with…plus, email them a welcome email from you with your own disclosure forms.
